A Brief History

August 2012 - we introduced the world to Teeth In Eggcups our comedy sketch with 16 nights at The Edinburgh Fringe Festival

March 2013 - we transformed, on a shoestring budget, a dilapidated room above a pub in Newcastle upon Tyne into the city's premier fringe performance space. We moved in and began booking work for Upstairs at The Dog & Parrot

September 2013 - we received an Arts Council England grant to support the running of our the 2nd Season in the venue - The Brolly Season.

July 2014 - we received an Arts Council England grant to support a theatre peice written entirely in verse - Best Bitter.

September 2014 - we moved out of the upstairs room in The Dog & Parrot

March 2015 - we opened our new venue in the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne.
