Meet our guest facilitator:
Kirsten Luckins makes poetry, performance, spoken word theatre, and visual art involving poetry. Her third collection Passerine (Bad Betty Press) was longlisted for the Laurel Prize for Eco-Poetry, and she was the inaugural winner of the ClassicsFest writing prize. She often works as mentor and beta reader on poetry collections, and runs an online reading group focused on understanding poetic craft called How To Enjoy Poetry. Kirsten was producer for England's spoken word charity Apples and Snakes for ten years, later setting up the national Women Poets' Network for the Rebecca Swift Foundation; and continues to be the director of literature charity Tees Women Poets.
