The Jack Tars Live at Alphabetti Theatre
Get ready to set sail with The Jack Tars, Sea Shanty Band, as they make port in Newcastle to bring you an unforgettable night of raucous footstompin’ entertainment!
Formed in Yorkshire in 2020, they have been making waves in the UK and abroad as they have played International Maritime Festivals in Germany, Netherlands and Poland.
They’ve been captivating hearts in every port with their roaring harmonies, crisp fiddle lines and footstompin’ approach to this once not so popular genre which has seen a huge resurgence in recent years!
You can expect a lively and powerful performance from the young folk band as they take you on a musical maritime voyage showcasing some of the best seafaring music there is!
Support is from Kyle Lennox (Melodeon), Noah Fenton (Guitar) and Alex Lord (Fiddle), 3 fantastic young folk musicians from The Tars who perform by themselves as solo acts!
This evening is not to be missed after a recently sold out at Toft House in Middlesbrough!
