Rubber Oh is the psych-pop experimentations of North East musician and producer Sam Grant [Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs]. Created in his studio in Newcastle [Blank Studios], Rubber Oh is a vessel for warped sounds, heavy rhythms and dense melodies.

Collaborations and contributions run throughout the project from numerous sound wizards, including Richard Dawson, Rozi Plain, MeLostMe, Ceitidh Mac, and Voka Gentle.

Live, the latest incarnation of the project sees Grant as a solo performer, working with the songs to develop new perspectives and arrangements.

Support from Worm Saliva

Worm Saliva makes ambient noises like how birds dance on the surface of the soil to imitate the vibrations of the rain. It too draws the underground critters out from their hiding places: improvising with voice, samples and an assortment of objects, gadgets and synths, lulling them into a false sense of security before eating them for breakfast. Worm Saliva is the evolving ambient music and DJ project of Newcastle-based artist and musician Jayne Dent (Me Lost Me, Bitchfinder General), often performing alongside live projections and occasional audience participation.
