Internationally acclaimed singer songwriter Harry Bird and friends present his new album “Mucho Picnic”.
After over a decade and three albums in partnership with travelling folksters the Rubber Wellies, 2023 has seen Harry collaborating with a cast of old friends and new to complete his first solo record. Cut with familiar lyrical craft while still pushing his own musical boundaries, "Mucho Picnic" promises to be his most assured offering to date.
Harry has spent the last 15 years touring hundreds of venues all over Europe and beyond. Be it Hebridean festival, Yorkshire folk club, London music hall, Dublin arts centre, German punk bar, Kiwi beach party or Basque fiesta, he always brings a passion for sharing his lyrically charged music and connecting with an audience.
An experienced circus and theatre musician he is a versatile storyteller with a detailed, reflexive vocal delivery and a deft melodic guitar style. Drawing on his own British folk roots and those of others, his performances are an intimate cabaret of song, anecdotes, humour and often raucous crowd participation.
Original, entertaining and thought provoking, his energetic, feel-good shows are not to be missed.

Rain Of Animals is the euphonious collaboration between Pepita Emmerichs (Oh Pep!) and Theodore Barnard (Wire & Wool) and their love of all things mandolin, fiddle, guitar, harmony vocals, bluegrass, oldtime, swing, tunes and songs. Spanning originals to arrangements of classics and gems of rarities you wish you had discovered earlier, their sound is both new and old, unique in it's instrumental wizardry and musical integrity all at once.
